My name is Joe. I am a Navy and Army veteran living in beautiful Salida, Colorado. In my spare time, I volunteer with Chaffee County Fire.
I have been in the remodeling business for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience in residential and commercial inspection. I have extensive knowledge of current local building codes and regulations. I’m especially proficient in structural issues as well as the unique issues associated with historic properties. Due to my hands on background, I can detect critical issues with building materials, installations, and most of all, workmanship that others commonly overlook.
